Join us as an exhibitor at the CIES 71st Annual Meeting — Reimagining Life: Education for Planetary Justice — taking place April 3–7, 2027 in Madison, Wisconsin. Our attendees come from across the United States and around the world to engage in this dynamic global gathering.
CIES 2027 offers an on-site meeting in Madison, with virtual components to accommodate participants worldwide. Connect with our vibrant community — in person in Madison or virtually from anywhere in the world.
Exhibit Spaces
Exhibit spaces are at the Community Terrace of the Monona Terrace and Convention Center. You'll be given the option to select where you'd like to be set up.
The exhibitor set-up includes
· A six-foot covered table
· Two chairs
· A small shared trash can
· Complimentary Wi-Fi
· Name badges for representatives at your table
Up to three staff badges per exhibit table. Exhibitor badges do not substitute for CIES 2027 registration — participants and presenters must register. Staff badge names are collected in late February.
Exhibitors who add a virtual booth set it up on a user-friendly platform for the CIES 2027 Online Meeting Hub, with an instruction guide and IT support available. The online exhibitor's gallery runs March 7 – April 7, 2027. Customise your space with an unlimited number of books, videos, brochures, contact information, and photos — and update it throughout the conference.
